REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY

Care Strategy Consultation

The $197 Care Strategy Consultation fee is non-refundable. However the full amount is credited toward your first month of service if you choose to enroll in an ongoing care plan within 30 days of your consultation.

Monthly Service Plans

All monthly service plans are billed on a recurring monthly basis. To cancel or make changes to your plan Living for Care Concierge requires a minimum of 14 days written notice before your next billing date. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to info@livingforcareconcierge.com or by calling 404-236-9866.No refunds will be issued for the current billing month once service has begun.

Service Hold

Clients may place their service on hold once every three months with a minimum of 14 days written notice. Your service rate and spot will be held during the pause period. Service holds are available for a maximum of 30 days.
