I've Seen What Happens When Families Are Left Alone to Figure It Out.

And I couldn't keep watching.

I've spent years working inside the home care and Medicaid system as a case manager, a care coordinator, and an intake specialist. I've placed people into personal care homes. I've reviewed care plans. I've seen the facilities that look good on paper and fall apart in person. I've sat across from families who were exhausted, confused, and desperate for someone to just tell them what to do next.

Too many times, I watched people end up somewhere unsafe. Not because their families didn't love them, but because they didn't have anyone in their corner who knew the system and had the time to fight for something better.

That broke my heart. And it's exactly why I started Living for Care Concierge.

I Built This Because You Deserve More Than a System.

My name is Judith Nzekwe. I'm a care consultant, patient advocate, and the founder of Living for Care Concierge. I work with families, caregivers, and individuals navigating aging and disability virtually and in person across the Atlanta area.

What we do isn't just coordination. We show up. We go to the appointments. We help with the errands. We research the options you don't have time to find. We help you apply for programs you didn't know existed. We sit with you when you need someone to talk to. And we help you make decisions with confidence instead of fear.

Our goal is simple: keep you out of crisis, prevent caregiver burnout, reduce isolation, and help your loved one stay home safely, with dignity for as long as possible.

If You're at Your Breaking Point, That's Exactly Who We're Here For.

You don't have to have it all figured out to reach out. You just have to be ready to stop doing this alone.

Let's talk.
